I can't seem to find where I can specify which hotkey will do what.
I am kind of new in this things. Please help.

you assign hotkeys to the cheats you want
then click file->generate trainer from script.
Give it a process to look for, an icon and set the title.

Then click generate trainer

Then assuming your cheat entries don't do anything special just leave the default options in the exe generator, and then click generate

Right-click on the cheat, Set a hotkey, generate the trainer.
