Cheat Engine

Hello,

I am currently trying to get the player's position in a game.
So far I have found my position value in game, and for the Y it is 205,??..
The only problem is that I am currently having 500+ addresses that contains the same value.
Now if I want to etc freeze the player's position I have to freeze all of them, and even that makes him a bit jumpy, and looks like he is lagging.
Also if I'm trying to edit all of them at the same time, the game will crash.
How can I find the single value that lets me edit the player's Y value directly?
