I'm going to assume the account you want activated is this

Which appears to already be activated =/

Edit: Pretty sure you can't search for users that aren't activated, correct me if I'm wrong.

Have you forgotten your password? If so - do a password reset. The account you're mentioning seems to already be activated.

All users, activated or not, can be searched for.

Only way to tell for us is if they have posts / rep / etc, he has none, for all we know it might not be activated.

@OP: Wait till Dark Byte comes around, perhaps he'll see if it's activated, or activate it if it isn't, or tell you why it can't be activated.
