Cheat Engine

so dark byte... how is cheat engine coming along? have there been any changes or anything like that and when do you expect for the new release of 3.3 to come out? hopefully there will be some sweet new features in the trainer maker because that seems to be winning the poll so far.

Yes, there'll be some new stuff for the trainer maker. Almost all the suggestions for it will propably get in, including bugfixes. Also, I'm working on a development screen so you can place visible stuff on your trainer such as text, images, buttons, and giving you some limited options to change the looks of those items. Color, size, what it does if you click it(like close trainer, or (de)activate cheat#1,#2 etc...), and in case of text the text Wink

It's been suggested to me to add scripting, but I have no clue how to do that. And implementing scripting isn't really something I like or want to spent time on, so if anyone is interested feel free to help me out :D

Also, progress is slow because the last few weeks I was very busy with school stuff. The 2nd problem is that last thursday I broke my left elbow and can only use one hand right now, wich makes programming really slow. Sad

But when I finaly get free (in a week) I'll be able to work on CE again, even though it'll be slow. You can propably expect a release within a month or 2.

damn dude that sucks that you broke your elbow.. i hope you get to feeling better soon. ill be looking forward to that release.. i might be able to help out a little bit with the scripting but it would be in vb.. so i dunno. if anyone can give any more ideas about how the scripting could be done and coding syntax then ill start working on it.

maybe the layout of the program could be scripted too like the position of the buttons and stuff like that... i dunno if that would be such a good idea though if you wanted to distribute the trainer. it would be pretty nice if the script could be written and then bound to the exe somehow.

welp thats enough of my rambling for now.
