Why does cheat engine not work on some games?

Hey i'm kind of new to cheat engine and using it to cheat at games for money or health but I was wondering how come it doesn't work on all games? Like some games on miniclip and other game websites it doesn't work on.

It is working with all client sided flash games, You just have to learn how to hack that game. Not all of them are working the same way, so obviously one method will not work on all of them.

And some games are using encryption's to make hacking it harder.
