But DMCA can still get you if you live in the US. Or if you so much as travel to the US while you're on their list and they hear about it.

Well they wouldn't have a legal bases for arresting you, but that doesn't mean they won't.

Hmm, reading these posts, I guess I might share my knowledge. I was once a web host, I owned my own dedicated server in Amsterdam, so it was offshore. As long as your site is hosted in a offshore location your safe, if any concern is emailed to you about how you have "illegal" content on your site, you have the full rights to tell whome you recieved the PM from to fuck off because its legal from where your site located.
As for sites:
wrzhost.com <- I use this for my shared hosting plans, btw I quit selling hosting packages a long time ago.
