cmd usaully works i've hacked my school computer and downloaded cheat engine.Then i use the create admin command in cmd, created my own account then logged off the account i was on....while my teacher went to use bathroom i edited the new account to look like student acount so teacher would't ntoice when he got back.then went back to old account and delte all cmd stuff and move cheat engine to new account in new folder in encrypted format(so no one can look)then i open up cheat engine and scan for my scores while i was taking test...
i wasn't able to change my scores but i was able to unlock the testes i failed without having to wait for teacher.
S4L - use google then cache it will allow u to go to any site
also try SafeSurf also u can get a virus and store it on a website and send it to the computer to get control of it else where...its all fun stuff to do

There are some tuts on getting Ubuntu on your flash drive.
Theres even a pretty decent 50mb linux distro called Damn Small Linux.

^^^This is most effective idea^^^
If its program/software based,
check if anything has been added to the winsocks registry with this.
Proxys are becoming outdated with newer web-filters.

| BloodStaind.net was the only proxy that worked at my school (that I know of) but now it's down. I'm not sure but I don't think Up2Share has a proxy.

Lol. You said testes.
Anyway, here's what you can do if proxies are blocked.
Click the start menu, click run, type in cmd, hit enter. When the command prompt window opens, I believe... Crap how'd it go.. You type in something like "ping [address goes here]" and then it will give you the IP address for that site, and then you can type in another command, something like "send IP [IP address here]" and it takes you straight to it. I'll make a new edit once I find out exactly what you do.
EDIT: Okay, so in cmd you first type "tracert [website, without brackets. no need for http://]" You can use tracert or ping. The rest stays the same. tracert is just more detailed.
Next I believe.. Well, it seems you don't even need to use a command. You can simply type the IP address into the browser and it SHOULD bypass the blocks. (i.e. in the address bar, you would type in http://74.125.95.103 to access Google.) Otherwise, you can convert the address to a decimal format and do the same thing.

It says you can't google this term unless on admin accountant... :\

Well for me, you really don't need all that.
Some schools are kinda dumb and only have firewalls on certain browsers, as well as what you can install on the computers.
That being said, buy yourself a USB flash drive, google Firefox Portable and install. Hope it works.
