Opening Paint and using the pencil tool to do a rough shitty design shouldn't be considered pixel art.
The point I'm making is that YOU guys think that pixel art has to be low quality images, thats wrong.
Pixel art is about paying attention to detail, instead of drawing is usually done one pixel at a time.
For example this is pixel art:

What about lines? You don't need to use one pixel at a time. I'm not really sure, I only know a little and made some pixel art.
