Get to know the whore first. Make small talk like "So how many dicks have you taken at once?" and "I heard you had herpes, how is that going?". After a while say "Hey, wanna go see a movie later this week?" She will probably respond with "Sure, if I can blow you instead of watching the movie. Oh and, bring your cute friend too, we can have a threesome."
