The key is calculated during a function call located at:
003C0745
It is calculated in several parts using a few different algorithms:
Calculated serial is moved into EDX and a capitalised version of the inputted serial is moved into EAX:
Next is a call comparing EAX and EDX:
If equal..
Will write a keygen later when I've got the time, should be pretty easy since I code in MASM so it's a simple case of ripping out / copy & pasting the calculation functions.
