Story:
I'm in need of a new iPod, because mine is a nano, and nanos suck ass. I've narrowed it down to iPod Classic(80 gb) or iPod Touch(8 gb), and now the one thing I want to know to make my final decision, Is wifi for iPod Touch free?

Better hope you never cross a blue tooth device, they arent secure. As to the WiFi they are correct it is free if you can find a spot where you can get free WiFi connection (a hotspot).

Pretty sure its the same as using normal wireless internet at home.

But i recommend getting the iTouch, i have a 16gb one and its lots of fun once its jailbroken.
You can get all kinda good shit on it then.

And my friend was able to connect through the school wirless router <_<
