Could someone explain me how i get the memory address from a file offset found with a hexeditor?

you'll have to look at the pe-header of the exe and use that to figure out the address in memory. Perhaps someone could help out, I only know some basics to figure out the entry point so not very usefull.

OR, you could take a look at the memory arround that location, and then inside cheat engine do a array of byte scan for the memory there. (don't forget to enable read-only scanning)
