try a breakpoint at recv and send and watch the packets being send and received

no i mean im using wpe pro to filter the packets and then i want to find the address in memory view with that packet unless there is a different way to find a memory view address

Might I ask what the assembly code for 'recv' would be and it's variations?
Cannot seem to locate any info on this, including looking through the 486 instruction set reference...unless recv is slang for something I have yet to come across.

it is a api . it is used to receive data from the socket.
To find the place it stores the data just look at the parameters given to recv. (so set a breakpoint, and then look at esp for the parameters, or use the stackwalk function)
