|
|
I was always trying to gain control another computer, ie viewing its screen moving its mouse over an open network, never succeeding.
I was wondering, is mouse control part of the explorer process?
I myself doubt that it is.
And if it is, can CE "edit it" without serious harm? |

It's not, to test it kill your explorer prozess your mouse will remain there.
Get yourself a VNC for good remote control... |

I know you can do that easily with remote administration tools such as radmin. Do a Google search for it, it's free. We used it to mess up a friend while he was playing computer games, make him lose. He had no idea what was happening. The only downside is that you have to gain access to the computer in the first place to install the server on it, but if you were going to install the cheat engine server on it, that doesn't seem to be a problem for you anyway. |

Vnc is easy...just start the server, let it listen on a certain port and start the client and connect to the server on the port. That's it...so where is the problem? |

The problem with that is supposedly "all ports are closed."
I have no idea why. |

I cannot imagine anything aside from a firewall's block. I guess there are firewalls that will not allow you to use any remote administration (as this is very close to a trojan...with the exception that on VNC you can set a password, which makes it hard for anybody except you or person who you give the PW to to login). |

Yes, I have a firewall, but I "shouldn't" shut it down.
Do you think there is a way to bypass this?
By the way, password setting won't work. |
